Where Behind Cumberland Town Hall, 11501 E. Washington Street.  Map
Parking Available in grassy area between Saturn Street and Pennsy Trail or in Meijer's parking lot.
Is there an admission fee? Admission to festival area is free
Can I volunteer to help? Email cumberlandarts@comcast.net or call 317-894-2645 - We could use help as a parking attendant, handing out programs, visitor hospitality, artist hospitality, equipment set up and tear down.
